How do I get billed?
With both the Team and Company plans, you can consolidate all your users onto one centralized bill.
You can choose to pay either monthly or annually. You can also choose your task tier, which means you can adjust how many tasks you want every month. Your price changes based on your payment schedule and task tier.
What are the differences between a Team and a Company account?
The LightNit for Teams plan is designed for multiple individuals on the same team, while LightNit for Companies is designed for multiple teams across an organization.
A Company plan also includes additional features that allow you to fine-tune your security settings, so they're perfect for your business needs. Additionally, Company accounts give you access to a Customer Success Manager—your own personal automation guide—and faster help through our Premier Support team.

Which identity and access management (IAM) tools does LightNit support?
LightNit works with any identity and access management (IAM) provider that supports SAML 2.0. We've partnered with several IAM providers, including OneLogin and Okta, to offer third-party connectors to LightNit.

LightNit offers user provisioning support with the SCIM API, a protocol identity and access management (IAM) providers use to manage people across a wide range of tools. You can also use our SCIM API to manage team members programmatically.
